Came to town from Fairbanks and had some vehicle problems. I gave Quality Tune and they got me in right away. I had an estimate within the hour I approved and they had my truck back to me in a couple hours. It was a life saver! Driving back to Fairbanks to -40 temps with no heat would not have been fun!! Thanks again for taking care of me!!

I had an excellent experience with Quality Tune! They were able to get a difficult to find part almost out of thin air (quite a feat in Alaska!), and I was able to have my car repaired the next day. They were pleasant and professional to work with, and it was so nice that they offer a break to educators; much appreciated!

Quality Tune was recommended to me by an aircraft mechanic friend and I had a positive experience. I brought my 22 year old Blazer in for some front end work and was very pleasantly surprised when the final bill turned out to be several hundred dollars less than originally quoted because it turned out "several parts did not need replacing". I believe that indicates their integrity and desire to do what's right for the customer. The work was done quickly and I'm very happy with the result. Thank you Quality Tune!

I brought in my old F150 yesterday for an oil change and inspection of some clunking noises I had been hearing regularly. I was prepared for the worst, but these guys diagnosed it as a propeller shaft and u-joint issue. No more clunking noises! Truck drives a lot smoother and quieter now. I got the repair, oil change and general inspection all at I think a very reasonable price. I'd easily recommend these guys to anybody.

Very very very happy with my service ! This is my new and official place to get my car worked on from now on. They are quick .. honest and caring hard working people .. also as a fun side note they have the CUTEST little dog ever.. I know that has nothing to do with vehicles but I just had to throw that in there .. ha !

If you want reliable service and you want it done right, I’d recommend coming here. The previous reviews really did speak for themselves. They were able to accept me as a walk in and were very thorough with my vehicle. I just went in for a simple oil change and needed a patch for one of my tires and it was all reasonably priced! They were very patient with me as well since I had to bring my toddler in with me. Will be coming again!

This shop is my old faithful. I've been going to them for some years now since I moved within walking distance from the shop. I initially gave them a try because of convenience and have had zero regrets. Recently my vehicle was stolen and crashed resulting in the need for some expensive repairs. They got me in just a couple days after calling and did everything they could to make the repairs as affordable as possible. They are honest and extremely hard working.

Highly recommended honest auto repair shop. I had serious issues with my brakes and fuel vent line. Elliot and his team fixed it within a week. They were transparent and communicative from the start. I'll be bringing all my vehicles here from now on.
